There are two parts to the printing screens. There is the Report Designer Screen and the Report Printing Screen.
Report Printing Screen
This screen is shown when you go to print a report or grid. It shows you a preview of what the report will look like. It allows you to customize, print, and export the report.
Report Designer Screen
The report designer screen allows you to create or edit the design of the report.
