We provide full technical support for InSights Into Data. The best way to contact support is via email - support@insightsintodata.com This way you can include all the details of your issue or question. We usually respond to emails within a few hours. If you would like to talk to a support person then you can contact us via phone at (778) 775-2004 and choose the support option.

The Email link on the about box is a great way to get support. Not only will it setup an email to support@insightsintodata.com, but it will also populate that email with various information that can help us answer your question quickly.

Note: Please include the following information when sending an email for support or bug report:

- What version of Windows are you running?

- Details about the issue you have encountered

- Version of InSights Into Data. (Help/About to get Version #)

- What you were doing when it occurred?

- Can you reproduce it?

- What is the exact message you received?
