InSights Into Data has the ability to import files (CSV, Excel) into its datatables, just like running SQL scripts.  You can launch the File Import Wizard from two places.  If you launch it from the Ribbon Bar it will take you through the options of the Wizard and then immediately import the file into InSights Into Data.  If you launch it from the script editor it will take you through the Wizard and then not import the file, but put the Import script into the script editor to be run at a later time.
