The Results tab Data Tables List - is just that - a list of the memory tables that are currently in memory and being used by the program.
The database table list on the left allows you to easily see the list of tables that are in memory at this time. It a great way to check what tables you are currently dealing with, their names, and what fields they have.
There are no actions you can take here - just an informational type of screen.
